Happy birthday, I love you.

Lots of time spent at geylang yesterday, it was crystal's birthday party.

First I met up with her and her sister in the afternoon to get some of the party stuffs. Somehow after that we found ourselves at a neoprint shop taking neoprints together. It was wierd but yet fun at the same time. It was my second time taking neoprints in my life. The pictures turned out well and it looked like some family photo, pretty cool.

We then headed home and spent our time watching tv shows and playing beach ball in her house. I started to feel bored and decided to blow up the water bed. After an hour or so, we proceed down to the bbq pit with the drinks and etc.

The crowd started coming in after awhile and so did the food. The boys help started the fire and soon we were down to cooking. When the time was right, we got the cake down and sang the birthday song. As the time goes by, people came and go.

We cleared the placed and the diamond boys and crystal went to eat ate the dim sum stall and parted our ways.

I know this is boring but who gives a fuck???

Remarks : Hardcore band from Wales who does not give a fuck about the trend and a group of guys who have a passion for music. Awesome drum works, du dak du dak du. Love the ocassional gang chants to spice things up! Old school hardcore fans who love them.

How is the hardcore scene there in yr country,Wales?
The hardcore scene in Wales is terrible, nobody no longer enjoys the music as their all to concerned how tight their jeans are and how long they spent straightining their hair!

I dont see any album up on yr myspace, do you guys have any? Or any plans?
Yeh man we are recording our first ep in early June so watch this space.

Remarks : A progressive metal band? I think they have a unique sound for themself. Put hardcore + pleasing vocals works + nice screams + melodic tunes. That is what this band is going to give you.

Care to tell more about the band?
The five of us in the band have always been drawn to bands that produce something a little different. We've concentrated on trying to create a sound which is powerful, technical and yet melodic. Having only completed our line-up in September '08, our first shows together were the opening rounds of a Battle of the Bands competition which we went on to win at Christmas '08. This has lead us onto being offered support slots with bands such as 'HORSE the band' & 'Blakfish'. Exciting stuff!

Anything you guys want to share with music lovers out there?
Yeah, our EP! We've just released our debut, self-title EP which is available on our myspace profile. Also, we're set to tour with 'Shadows Chasing Ghosts' in the summer; the dates will be announced soon so keep an eye out for a show near you!

i smell like a fish now

I just started watching this show after being introduced to it by a friend. The funny thing is that it is quite interesting and that i'll keep watching it.

It is a show whereby 3 guys, Nick, Zach and Aaron go around america's most haunted places to check the place out to prove that 'they' exist. The 3 of them will be locked in the place overnight and they do have actual evidence of the whole trip.

Very interesting but not for the light hearted ones.

Off to the sea!
